The Big Splash Advisors team is led by Bruce Reinstein, a results driven restaurant industry executive of 25+ years who has worked with over 200 brands both regionally and nationally on everything from supply chain, operations, produce management and more.
Meet Bruce Reinstein
Bruce Reinstein is a restaurant industry professional who began his career working for his family’s business at the age of 13. After graduating from Cornell University with a bachelors of science in hotel and restaurant administration, he spent time in food and beverage management with Hyatt hotels. He then spearheaded the growth of Souper Salad in Boston.
In 1996, Bruce and his brother Larry started Fresh City and built it into a national concept, which was awarded the Nation’s Restaurant News Hot Concepts Award. Over the last seven years, Bruce served as president of Consolidated Concepts, a team he built which focused on supporting restaurant brands with savings and customized solutions.
Currently, Bruce is the founder of Big Splash Advisors where he focuses on bold and innovative foodservice solutions. He continues to look for the next chapter that will make a difference for both himself and the professional people he is able to work with. Working hard with a determination to be successful and to make a difference has come as the result of the love and support of his wife Jayne, and children Michael and Amanda.
